Recommended Tai Chi Videos:

Please note it is nearly impossible to learn the complex, total body movements of Tai Chi purely by video, but they are an excellent reference to master the nuances.  But I do recommended T’ai Chi for Health, long and short form by Terence Dunn because each movement is taught on a loop until you are ready to progress.
